Great steak, fries and garlic mashed potatoes. The oinion soup was acceptable but could have used a little more flavor.

I like the food BUT. 18% Gratuity automatically added on Service is OK but not that great $45 for a New York Strip Steak a bit pricy for what you get. 2 people dining (2 beers) and total is rather high. I rather go to Fleming's or Ruth Chris for better atmosphere / service and pretty much the same price

Well, service wasn’t that bad. The drinks and the appetizer were good, loved the chips. The ribs I ordered were ok. I ordered some baked beans I wish they would take off the menu. Overall, we won’t be going back. I hope that if you go, you have a better experience than my husband and I did and definitely order the chip or corn queso dip on the appetizer list.

How is a restaurant going to charge 18% gratuity automatically on Fridays, Saturday's and Sunday's when you've been seated at your table for 20 minutes with not one waitress or waiter stopping by the table once for drink orders or "how are you this evening" or anything? Got up and walked out without a word from the hostess as well, will not be going back!

Wife and I went to Weber Grill in Richmond Heights for lunch today.( 7/31/21). My wife ordered the chicken wings & Ceasar salad and I ordered the Boss combo plate. Both meals were really good. However my combo plate was pretty large and I only ate about half of my meal. The server offered me a to go box which I accepted. When we walked out to our car I realized I had left my to go box at our booth. I went back inside (all within 10 MINUTES!)after leaving)and spoke with the manager and was told the server threw out my to go box. She said she was sorry and shrugged her shoulders without offering me at least a coupon or something for my next visit. (For sure I won't be back with this type of service response). They should have better training for their service team. Obviously if I asked for a to go box I intended on taking my. Meal with me. They threw it away in less than 10 minutes and acted like oh well nothing they could do or offer to appease the situation! So much for a $67 lunch which I only ate half of.

Checked out some place new for us. Weber Grill Restaurant. Wanted to sit outside but not enough staff. However, our server, Marilyn, was Great! Courteous, sweet and efficient. The food was Great, Brisket egg rolls, Barbeque Meatloaf dinner and their Angus Burger. Also, the Smokey Casa Rita was perfect. A nice find and so glad we stopped.! 👌

Honestly I was surprised about the experience we got here, server seemed like she didn't want us there, food was dry and tasteless at best. For the food we got here and the service we shouldn't have paid over $60
